The Youth
Survey 2013 was carried out by MARS Monitoring and Research Systems among 5,012
urban youths in 14 state capitals and major towns in India. The survey target respondents
were from age groups 18 - 21 years and 21 - 25 years. The
survey was based
on the attitudes, beliefs and habits of India's young.
According to the Hindustan times survey,
42.6% of young urban Indians believe that the corruption is biggest challenge. Giving
back to society is not a priority for young Indians. Almost half 48.2% said it
was lack of money while 38.3% cited a lack of time.
