Kumar Sangakkara said he was proud to have "kept
pace with the game" as he marked his 400th one-day international with a
century against Bangladesh in their World Cup clash at the Melbourne Cricket
Ground on 26-02-15 Thursday.
The 37-year-old left-hander batsman, who plans to retire from the World Cup, struck his 22nd ODI century in just 73 balls including 12 fours and a six before finishing on 105 not out.
Sri Lanka’s Kumar Sangakkara became only the fourth
cricketer to play 400 one-day internationals when he was selected for the World
