There is a vacancy in Customer service fields in United Arab Emirates, the Emmar Properties - One of the leading real estate developer in UAE, currently seeking to recruit talented and experienced individual for the position of Customer Care Coordinator.
The job holder is responsible for ensuring that Emaar customers are provided with high level of customer service in accordance with SLAs while achieving the MBOs and KPIs resulting in greater customer satisfaction.
Also responsible for responding to customer complaints and queries received via the Emaar website, email, fax and letters within a specified time period and responsible for the automation of Customer Care processes on the Oracle system and ensuring that the system helps monitor Customer Care performance with respect to the defined SLAs.
