Reporting
to the IT Manager in Al Ain Campus, the IT Support Specialist will diagnose a
wide range of computer networking, hardware and software problems for Staff,
Faculty and Students; provide support and technical issue resolution via
e-mail, phone and other electronic medium or by visiting the users
personally. The job holder will also provide support regarding IT services
and equipment provided within Abu Dhabi University to students in classrooms
and labs.
