HR Payroll Administrator needed - SIEMENS

There is job opportunity for an experienced HR Payroll professional in the Middle East. A German based multinational company and largest engineering company in Europe , currently seeking to hire HR FSS Payroll Administrator for Dubai operations.



You will be responsible for -
  • The Payroll Administrator performs administrative services for employees of Siemens in the gulf
  • Processing and input of payroll Data in SAP HR and ensure accuracy in all payments, including the final settlements
  • Support in preparing quarterly provisions as per the guideline
  • Complete administration and maintenance of employee databases e.g. Global Identifier, Siemens Corporate Directory, Corporate Human Capital Management
  • Participate in routine quality checks on financial and other data
  • Support to improve continuously HR processes
  • Answer customer inquiries by email and phone
  • Ability to work to deadlines
