Experienced in supporting and maintaining the organization's desktop and server computing environment. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, upgrading all hardware and equipment (including but not limited to PC, terminals, printers and scanners) to ensure optimal workstation performance. This would also include creating desktop images, managing SCCM clients, robust SCCM task sequences, GPO’s, design documentation, operational procedures and the training of support teams.
