Operations Officer needed - Etihad Airways

It's an excellent job opportunity in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi, the National Airlines of United Arab Emirates and second largest airlines after the Emirates is currently seeking to recruit/hire talented individual for the position of Operations Officer.




You will be responsible - 

• Allocate daily resource requirements for airport operational activities and tasks
• Monitor day to day flight activity to provide 24/7 support in case of changes
• Liaise with relevant departments to provide timely communication of scheduling changes and key decisions and minimize the operational impact
• Manage and resolve daily staffing issues/emergencies by providing proper staff replacements to ensure staffing in accordance with relevant regulations and internal procedures
• Manage unplanned flight schedule and operational changes/disruptions to ensure rosters are timely updated
• Revise and maintain accurate rosters reflecting real-time personnel availability to provide accurate communication to flight operations
• Manage roster/schedule changes by implementing staffing best practices
