Minimum Qualification 

• Bachelor’s Degree, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience. 

• 5 years previous IT Service Desk and/or Call Centre experience required 

• Incident Management experience – Managing incidents including business expectations and communication
