Job Responsibilities - 
  • Provide daily administrative support including self-correspondence, maintaining the calendar of the EDO, arranging meetings and taking minutes
  • Maintain the Task List to ensure tasks progress to completion
  • Handle the bookings for Meetings
  • Co-ordinate the staff training requirements
  • Maintain the organization charts
  • Provide support to office of Chief Operating Officer in preparation and proofing of Board report and other documents
  • Liaise with the divisions on requirements of the department
  • Edit, proof read and format material from the department for internal and external release
  • Assist with the organization of events as necessary
  • Maintain and update the information on the Cloud and Crisis Management i-pads
  • Maintain the Crisis Management boxes with hard copy backup and stationery
  • Provide administrative back up for Crisis Management workshops
  • Enter store and non-store requisitions in the Banner System
  • Maintain the online organizational approval queues, add/remove staff members and substitute approval queues for JAQs, leave and staff appraisals
  • Update the main AUS website for the Divisions
  • Update and maintain other related web sites as and when necessary, including editorial, images and design/lay outing
