Responsible for -
- Monitor daily eCom delivery performance in terms of Sales figures
- Coordinate and communicate with Customer service team for all issues related to eCom order delivery
- Monitor daily eCom allocated values for each emirate.
- Track express delivery and eCom orders
- Daily monitor eCom delivery system discrepancy and follow up with technical team
- Track invoice cancellations and follow up with Customer service and technical team for actions
- Click and collect, implementations and reporting
- Improve eCom performance, reduce complaints and propose initiatives
