Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for coordinating Course Bookings, Travel & Accommodation arrangements
  2. Effectively handle inbound inquiries through channels such as email, phone, mail as well as “in person” visitors
  3. Responsible for maintaining all booking records in our internal Administration tool and sending course confirmations to delegates
  4. Reviewing of the Course Calendar
  5. Coordinating with various stakeholders
  6. International travel on a case to case basis as part of work
  7. Liaising with other departments and Maersk Training Centers
