Responsibilities
- Responsible for coordinating Course Bookings, Travel & Accommodation arrangements
- Effectively handle inbound inquiries through channels such as email, phone, mail as well as “in person” visitors
- Responsible for maintaining all booking records in our internal Administration tool and sending course confirmations to delegates
- Reviewing of the Course Calendar
- Coordinating with various stakeholders
- International travel on a case to case basis as part of work
- Liaising with other departments and Maersk Training Centers
