Responsible for -
1) Assist with the preparation of Tender, RFI, PQQ documents and registration management
2) Read & analyze the client’s documents to ensure the responses prepared implicitly addresses the
queries/requests raised
3) Assist in development & delivery of all bids ensuring pre-qualification questionnaires and all
tender documentation is completed.
4) Coordinate with the sales team for enquiries.
5) File management of master RFI, EOI, PQQ and all related bid documents.
6) Process company e-registration (new/renewal/update) through the registration portal
7) Maintain & update the customer records on Sales force including contracts & client details.
8) Keep track of tenders and proposals submitted on Sales force.
