1) First line of contact for customer problems and leads providing the complete Siemens portfolio to customers
2) Responsible for Mailbox, answering customer calls and other standard duties
3) Handle complete after sales offering and execution for the portfolios of spare parts, repair, returns, field services and contracts.
4) Act as backup for colleagues in case of absence
5) Responsible for Hit Rates targets
6) Close interaction with fellow Customer Service & Industry colleagues to sustainably grow the business
