- Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about the mall and services.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle enquiries, complaints and perform customer verification
- Keep records of customer feedback forms and customer interaction and record details of action taken
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to Mall Management
