- Plan and Supervise repairs of allocated projects, guide supervisors & senior foremen and team.
- Prepare tech team as per job requirements.
- Prepare work instructions and job requirement with team.
- Review tech reports and prepare repair plans and ensure quality.
- Prepare project plans and man power loading after checking with other supervisors.
- Deliver projects to satisfaction of client and commercially acceptable.
- The position is needed for cost effective repairs and floor control.
