 JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree of any discipline, HR Management is preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar industries
  • Hands-on experience with full cycle recruiting using various interview techniques & evaluation method
  • Hands-on experience with database/ATS/recruitment technology
  • Familiarity with UAE labour law
  • Excellent command in English language, Arabic would be an added advantage
  • Excellent Analytical, problem solving, negotiation & time management skills
