Miracle Milly, a
brown female Chihuahua who is the smallest dog in the world. In terms of
height, measuring 3.8 inches (9.65cm) tall and weighs is approximately one
pound, when measured from
backbone to paw, on Feb. 21, 2013, holds the record for world's smallest dog in the
Guinness world records of 2014.

“Miracle Milly” is owned by Vanesa Semler who lives in Dorado, Puerto Rico.
The Owner said:
The dog could fit in a teaspoon when she was born. She had to feed the pup milk
through an eyedropper every two hours because she was too small to nurse from
her mother.
