The Roof top mountain villa in Beijing, China
The Beijing businessman has started demolish
the luxury villa which build on the roof top of
26-stories building in China. The 8,610-square foot structure built illegally; recently the local
authorities have ordered to demolish the villa within 15 days.
The owner has spent six years to building the mountain peak
and luxury villa on the roof of the apartment. The impressive villa builds with pool and impressive rock gardens.
The roof top villa doesn't have planning approval from concern authority and it caused cracks to appear in his neighbors; ceilings and walls while some have had to put up with leaks from broken pipes
and drains.
They have also been
forced to live with the noise and disturbance caused from the building work. Neighbors
said their apartment is constantly flooded while another described the academic
as a 'danger'.
