More than 180 Colombians prepared a 606.6m pound cake in
Bogota over the weekend, and setting Guinness record for the world's biggest pound
cake. It has been broken the previous record 500 meters.
The bakers
used 2,000kg of flour, nearly 2,000kg of sugar and margarine, 30,000 eggs and
2,000kg of green icing to make the huge cake.
Guinness World Records representative Kimberly Patrick
