Wasinya Premananda, an 11 year old tamil girl from Kandy has been inducted as the youngest degree holder in Information Technology after completing the degree from British Computer Society (BCS).
Wasinya who is a grade 8 student at the Colombo
International School in Kandy is the youngest IT Degree holder as announced by British
Computer Society (BCS).
She has passed the English language in the Ordinary Level Examination while she was studying in grade 8 and obtained (A) pass. Wasinya also obtained the Computer Driving License at the age of 8 and she is fluent in five languages.
