Youngest footballer ever in European Championship

Norway’s Martin Oedegaard made a history in European
football on 13/10/2014 Monday by
becoming the first player under the age of 16 to play in a Euro Championship
qualifier.
At the age of 15 years and 300days Martin Oedegaard
played on second half substitute after 64 minutes in the 2-1 win over Bulgaria on Monday, and
he became the youngest player ever to appear in European Championships.
He is already the youngest player to represent his country-Norway.
Previously the youngest player to turn out in Euro
qualifier was Sigurdur Jonssson of Iceland, who was at 16 years and 251 days
when he represented his country.
