Sinabung volcano erupts in Indonesia

Mount Sinabung volcano Indonesian that has erupted relentlessly for months shot volcanic ash into the air 30 times on 04th January 2014 Saturday, now tourists are being warned to stay away from the volcano which has erupted shooting ash and rocks more than half a mile into the air. More than 20,000 people have been forced to take shelter in a neighboring village; still some determined workers have stayed, saying they cannot afford to leave.


Mount Sinabung on the western island of Sumatra sent rivers of lava flowing through an evacuation zone and columns of volcanic cloud up as high as 4,000 meters, according to the National Disaster Mitigation Agency.
