The 22 years old Miss New York Kira Kazantsev is crowned the winner of
the Miss America 2015, the third straight victory for the Empire State in the
national beauty pageant. Outgoing Miss America Nina Davuluri, also from New
York, presented the crown to Kira Kazantsev after the competition at Atlantic
City, New Jersey's Boardwalk Hall on September 2014.
