Police initiated the investigations on a complaint lodged by the Ambalangoda Peoples bank, Sri Lanka over fraudulent alleged robbery of Rs.2,513,900 from the bank’s ATM on 04/12/2013 this evening, police said.
The incident was reported after the discovery of the missing money while the ATM was being repaired. Ambalangoda police suspected that, this maybe an internal fraud and investigations is on going.
