Seven time champions India reached the final unbeaten, topping Group A with three wins before defeating Bangladesh by 40 runs in the semi-final.
Sri Lanka also secured their spot in the final, winning all three of their group matches before defeating Pakistan by four wickets in the semi-final.
Although India remains the most successful team in Women’s Asia Cup history with seven titles, Sri Lanka had previously defeated them in a 2024 title clash, securing their maiden Asia Cup crown.
