The Sahara desert on the African continent is one of the most popular desert in the world. The Sahara desert call as "The Great Desert" is the world's largest Hottest desert and third largest desert in the world.

It is the largest desert on the African continent, Over 9,400,000 square kilometers (3,600,000 sq mi), it covers most of North Africa. It’s covers large parts of Algeria, Chad, Egypt, Libya, Mali, Mauritania, Morocco, Niger, Western Sahara, Sudan and Tunisia.
